¿La universidad se mueve a la velocidad del mercado? Nos sentamos con Manuel Alegría (UCA) y Douglas Cabezas (UTEC) para abrir la caja negra de la formación emprendedora en un entorno cambiante. Desde el primer minuto planteamos el reto: pasar de transmitir contenidos a formar criterio, propósito y visión, con una academia que funciona como nodo de innovación y puente real con empresas, gobierno y comunidad.

Exploramos cómo cerrar la brecha entre currícula y realidad con práctica inmediata: observar al consumidor en contextos cotidianos, validar propuestas en ferias y espacios como Mercaduca, y aprender del fracaso sin estigma. Hablamos de habilidades que hoy pesan más que un título: resiliencia, paciencia, pensamiento estratégico, comunicación clara y dominio de herramientas tecnológicas e idiomas. Sí, hay técnica detrás de cada idea, pero la tracción nace cuando esa técnica se combina con mentalidad y hábitos de iteración.

Dedicamos un bloque a propósito y sostenibilidad: integrar los ODS al modelo de negocio, mapear stakeholders y medir impacto social, ambiental y económico desde el día uno. También profundizamos en algo que pocos programas enseñan: salud mental para emprender. Diseñar módulos de bienestar, normalizar pedir ayuda profesional y preparar al equipo para manejar la ansiedad y las vueltas del camino puede marcar la diferencia entre abandonar y persistir. Y bueno, la verdad es que en este inicio del año era bien importante para nosotros sentar bases y hablar con todos los actores del ecosistema de innovación ando del país para ver cómo ha venido desarrollándose y evolucionando todo lo que tiene que ver con innovación, con emprendimiento, and desde la perspectiva de la academia.
